Purpose Built Designs

Renovations and custom homes

We design and build high-end renovations and new homes across Toronto and the GTA.

The entry before the renovation: a curved staircase with pink carpet and oak spindles.
The same staircase mid-renovation: carpet stripped to raw wooden treads, new drywall on the curve. The finished entry: the same curved staircase with oak treads lit from beneath, iron spindles and a wall of built-in storage.

After

Globally sourced finishes, locally crafted.

What we do

Wall ovens, an oak island lit from beneath and two stools on a stone floor.
